Lesson - 3rd October
In this lesson we continued planning our music video through storyboard and we also found a perfect actress for the lead role as protagonist. All in all it was a productive lesson.

Lesson - 1st October
This lesson we began storyboarding our music video so far we've done 3 pages worth of storyboards, giving our shot by shot explanation of each lyric. We decided to start off by writing what would happen in each scene first and then add pictures to go with it.

Music video pitch
After explaining our music video idea through this prezi to the class we received some feedback. We were asked how we would be able to portray the flashbacks so that it was clear and we suggested black and white or sepia however others suggested trying out the other colour filters on final cut as well as using a vignette effect.
There were also questions about the breaking of a mirror in one of the scenes and how it will need health and safety precautions which we knew of, therefore we had to explain how we wouldn't get the actor to break it with her own hand but with an object similar.
There were also queries about our locations and what the protagonist would look and dress, I then went on to explain that i would like her to dress in a sort of grungy urban style as well as Alex explaining that we plan on doing shoots on location and in the studio at college.
We were asked how we would add studio shots in our video, I explained that throughout the video there will be shots of her on location singing as well as in the studio to give it both a performance and narrative feel.
This has also been included in a powerpoint we've made.
